Rippa Rugby Central Otago

Cromwell, Alexandra, Wanaka and Queenstown

These Competitions are one day competitions that have 3 sections: Year 3/4, Year 5/6 and Year 7/8. It is a full one day tournament, where teams will have round robin/pool play depending on number of entries, semi finals and finals. The winner and runner up from these competitions will progress through to the Central Otago Final in Cromwell.

Central Otago Final

The Central Otago Final is a competition where the top two teams from each Central Otago tournament will come together to play in a one day tournament to find the best two teams to represent Central Otago at the Otago Rippa Rugby Finals. The same format will be used from the local tournaments.

There is no cost with this competition, we will endeavor to supply referees for all games, if you know of someone that would like to referee then let me know.
All that we ask is each player to fill in a registration form so we can get statistics on number of players playing Rippa rugby and then we can get funding to assist this competition. Also registration means all players are covered encase of a serious injury.
