Academy Workshop

Hanna Zouggari, ORFU Nutritionist, educated our Academy players on fuelling their bodies for performance followed by a practical where players cooked their own meals.

Post cooking practical, Kobus Van Plooy, Academy Mental skills coach, delivered a presentation on performing under pressure where players continue to develop strategies and acquire tools.

A great educational workshop and a big thank you to Queens High School for the excellent facilities.
