WHAT'S ON WHAT'S IN SEASON ......?? SATURDAY 6th JANUARY HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! WHAT'S ON - Entertainment this Saturday 6th January is PERI KOHU. Peri has a love of smooth jazz and very laid back music. His voice is like silk and his skill on guitar instrumentals is also very smooth. We hope you have all survived the New Year celebrations and ready for the arrival of more summer produce. Each week something new will be harvested from our growers. There are still a few more of the 'Food from the Bay' books available at the Market Information gazebo. Just $10 each - great as a gift or as a local reference book of local producers. Don't forget to bring your own fridge containers to put your fresh produce in. We are all trying to minimise the use of plastic, but for some products it is not easy to transport them without some form of support around them. Jute Market bags are available at the Market Information gazebo for $6 each. Lovely padded handles make the carrying so much easier. PARKING - WILL HOPEFULLY BE OPEN THIS SATURDAY FROM 7.45AM. But it will depend how the rain has drained away. Please check your parking position before leaving your car as the Tauranga City Council does monitor it's By Laws in regard to parking around the market streets.
