Phase 1 2026: Login to your Rugby Xplorer profile Or if you're new create your Profile. 

Creating and logging in to the RX profile is the first and most important step for all administrators and participants. This must continue as it is essential for all participants to have their own profile. If you particiapted in 2025 login using your same email address and password, if you cannot remember your password you can easilyreset it. 

Phase 2 2026: Clubs/Schools to review the back-end of the system, e.g. set fees and update their registration offerings for 2026. 

Following this process, participants can  register for rugby for the upcoming season. Clubs/schools can invite registrations through their normal communication channels or a user (once logged in) can't search for their club/school and see if registrations are open for the season.
