Help Keep Our Games Going – Give Refereeing a Go
We’re on the lookout for a few more good people to help keep rugby happening across our clubs and schools.
Right now, we’re a bit short on referees – which means we need volunteers to step in so our games can still go ahead each week. It’s a small way to help out, but it makes a massive difference to players, teams, and the wider rugby whānau.
If you have a good understanding of the game and a passion for rugby, becoming an Associate Referee or Referee is a great way to stay involved. A short training course is available to provide the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to manage a game.
We’re especially looking for help in:
- Midweek Girls Rugby (4.30pm kick-offs)
- Saturday School Grades (11.15am–2.00pm)
- Colts Div 2/3 Men’s & Women’s (1.00pm or 2.45pm)
Every game needs a ref – and every ref helps keep our community game strong
